What's a max bid?

Croatia; Of local construction with an olive green wool exterior, fold down panels on both sides and at the front, an aluminum Ustasha insignia sewn in place on the front, the interior unlined and unmarked. The cap measures 120 mm x 255 mm, lightly worn and recently found as part of a larger lot in Slovenia.
