What's a max bid?

A Second War Croatian Ustasha Defense Badge - This type of badge was worn by the members of the "Ustasha Defense" Units. Primary role of the Ustasha Defense was security and policing of the camps like Jasenovac, Stara Gradiska, and others. These units were under the command of Eugen Dido Kvaternik first, then Maks Luburic took over the command in 1942. Badge was made of stamped aluminum, measures 43 x 57mm. Numbered "4070". Badge has replacement reverse pin, worn, corroded, good/fair condition. Unmarked though "Braca Knaus" was the maker.
