What's a max bid?

A large size formal award document, 30cm x 39cm, for the award of Grand Cross of the Order of the Crown of King Zvonimir with Swords, awarded to General der Flakartillerie Gerhard Hoffmann; original ink signature of Ante Pavelic on the left; signed in ink by General Percevic on the right; folded, in very fine condition. Award documents for Grand Crosses are very rare.
