Awarded to Dr. Hermann Heinrich, 718.Inf. Div. - and dated 9. September 1942; awarded for the "successful operations together with Croatian Armed Forces in the combat operations against the rebels (Tito's Partisans) in Eastern Bosnia in the Spring and Summer of 1942". A large formal document, measures 28cm x 36cm, with seal at the bottom, and original signature of Minister of Croatian Armed Forces Kvaternik on left, and original signature of General Percevic on the right side; document is folded, in very good condition and very scarce.

Footnote: The 718. Infanterie-Division was formed on 30 April 1941 as part of the 15. Welle (wave.) It was transferred to Yugoslavia in May 1941, where it took part in anti-partisan and security operations, most notably in Eastern Bosnia. On 1 April 1943, it was reorganized and re-designated the 118. Jäger-Division.
