What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Printed in the Croatian language, (21cm x 30cm, or 9 x 12 inches), comparing Croatian Government vs Partisans, and also promising Partisans a fair treatment, and bright future, as long as they surrender quickly to Croatian Forces; in fair condition, slightly torn, and very scarce.

Footnote: these leaflets were usually scattered from the air in known Partisan territory by German and Croatian aeroplanes, or left in the areas Partisans were suspected to frequent during the night. Very few of these leaflets survived. This particular leaflet comes from the largest collection of such leaflets assembled in Belgrade over 40 years.
