What's a max bid?

In silver gilt with red enamels, hallmarked with a goat's head over a "2" (925 silver), marked "925" (silver) and mint maker marked "MK" (Mincovna Kremnica) on the reverse of both the award and the suspension, numbered "15495" on the reverse of the suspension, measuring 40.5 mm (w) x 67 mm (h) inclusive of its linden leaves suspension, original ribbon with pinback, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear and contact marks evident on the reverse of the award, near extremely fine.
