What's a max bid?

(Böhmen und Mähren = BuM). In white cotton, with an 8 mm wide strip of blue cotton sewn in place near the top edge, screen-printed "L.S. P.O." in black ink on the front panel, with a German Police Director in Brno stamp in red ink at the left and a Czech Brno Police stamp in black ink at the right, the underside stamped in green ink "Klempa" above "BLOCK VI" in handwritten blue ink where the two ends of the armband are sewn together at the rear, measuring 163 mm (w) x 73 mm (h), lightly soiled, near extremely fine.
