In silver with red and white enamels, measuring 38.8 mm (w) x 42 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension, intact enamels, on its original folded ribbon with safety pin attachment, extremely fine. In its box of issue, marked with a red cross on the lid, maker marked "A. MICHELSEN KJOBENHAVEN" on the inside lid, wear evident in the red felt in the recessed medal bed on the raised platform, soiling and scuffing evident on the exterior, box fine.
