What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, topped by an Estonian coat of arms, with a fireman’s helmet and crossed axes at the bottom, with a central Estonion tri-colour enameled shield with Roman numerals “XV”, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked “L. Chr. Lauer, Berlin S.W.”, measuring 38.12 mm (w) x 53.19 mm (h), weighing 13.5 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
