What's a max bid?

Two-piece construction, in bronze gilt with red and black enamels, numbered "81" on the reverse, illustrating an eagle with a shield on its chest bearing the number "3", above crossed cannons, measuring 33.8 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), maker marked "H. BERG TARTU" on the screwback, with red felt support, contact marks on the black enamels of the eagle's chest, near extremely fine.
