What's a max bid?

Estonia, Republic. A Cross of Liberty, III Class, II Grade for Personal Courage, c.1925

(Eesti Vabadusrist). Instituted in 1919. Multi-piece construction, cross in blackened iron and magnetic, both centrepieces in bronze gilt with red enamels, centrepiece rings in silver, measuring 31 mm (w) x 41.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, chipping and loss evident in the red enamels on the obverse centrepiece, very light contact, original loop, without ribbon, very fine.

 

Footnote: The Cross of Liberty was instituted on February 24, 1919 and discontinued on June 19, 1925. It was awarded for services during the Estonian War of Independence, in three classes: I Class, II Class and III Class; each class with three grades: Grade I for Military Leadership, Grade II for Personal Courage and Grade III for Civilian Service.
