What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

Estonia, Republic. An Order of the Estonian Red Cross, II Class

(Eesti Punase Risti teenetemärk). Instituted in 1920. A Geneva cross, constructed of gilded silver, covered on both sides of the cross with red enamel, bordered with a white enamel stripe in a golden frame, with rays between the arms, the obverse centre presents a medallion presenting the letter E for Eesti (Estonia), encircled by a frame in blue, black, and white, the reverse centre presents the date 1919 surrounded by the inscription INTER ARMA CARITAS (CHARITY IN WARTIME), over a background of red enamel, measuring 45.89 mm (w) x 67.94 mm (h - inclusive of suspension), presenting loss of gilt, on a suspension in the shape of a lighthouse with two rays of light emanating from it, on flat loop for suspension from period original neck ribbon, and in near extremely fine condition.
