What's a max bid?

If no other participant places a bid, you win that auction lot for $101 dollars.

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

1. Finland, Republic: Winter War 1939-1940 Medal, Type III for Finnish Soldiers, 1 Clasp - RANNIKKOPUOLUSTU" (Home Guard) (in blackened iron, magnetic, inscribed "KUNNIA ISÄNMAA" on the reverse, measuring 31.3 mm (w) x 36.5 mm (h), the clasp affixed to its original ribbon);

2. France, Third Republic: War Cross 1914-1918 (in bronze, dated "1914-1918" on the reverse centrepiece, measuring 38 mm (w) x 46 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension, bronze star affixed to its original ribbon);

3. France, Third Republic: Combatant's Cross (in bronze gilt, cornucopia hallmarked and marked "BR" on the reverse, measuring 36.2 mm (w) x 36.5 mm (h), original ribbon);

4. Thailand, Kingdom: Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand, V Class Knight, Third Period (1941- ) (five-piece construction, in silvered and gilt bronze with red and blue enamels, measuring 34.2 mm (w) x 58.3 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, intact enamels, original ribbon);
