What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded and silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on a bronze fob with a functional spring clip, the obverse consisting of a Cross Pattée with blue enameled arms, overlaid by a gilt oak leaf wreath, surrounding a black enameled medallion depicting Finnish and NSDAP-style German flags, below a Finnish coat of arms, above an inscription of “JÄÄMERENRINTAMA - DIE EISMEERFRONT, 1941-1944”, all on top of a mobile swastika with campaign inscriptions of “LITSA”, “LIINAHAMARI”, “KIRKKONIEM”, and “PETSAMO”, the reverse with a screwback holding the decoration together, unmarked, measuring 37.25 mm (w) x 39.21 (not inclusive of fob suspension), loss of enamel evident to the nine o’clock arm of the Cross Pattée, in very fine condition.
