(Nordfront-Kreuz). Constructed of silvered tombak with multi-coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Pattée with blue enameled arms, with the arms of a mobile swastika visible in the quadrants, the obverse with a white enameled medallion with multi-coloured Finnish and NSDAP-style German flags with a central Finnish coat of arms, along with dates of “1941-42” and inscription of “POHJOISRINTAMA - DIE NORDFRONT”, the arms of the swastika with raised inscriptions of “PETSAMO”, “SALLA”, “UHTUA”, “KIESTINKI”, unmarked, measuring 34.64 mm (w) x 34.31 mm (h), weighing 17.4 grams, in extremely fine condition.
