What's a max bid?

A traditional (1940’s-1980’s) French Foreign Legion Kepi; band constructed of black wool with silver bullion wire seven-flame grenade and silver bullion chin strap on front half attached on sides by silvered buttons; four silver bullion loops on top section of band; crown crafted out of red wool with triple silver bullion austrian knot braid in the centre; visor made out of black Vulcanfibre with black leather sweatband and red velvet lining on the inside and plastic sweat “diamond”; no maker markings; 19 cm inside diameter, 10.4 cm tall; mint condition.
