In cast iron, with a bronzed finish, magnetic, three-piece construction, illustrating Napoleon Bonaparte in a standing position upon a pedestal, his right leg slightly forward, his arms crossed, his hat worn in the traditional "en bataille" style (that is, with the corns parallel to the shoulders, while most of his officers wore their hats "en colonne", that is, perpendicular to the shoulders), with a sword at his left hip, the front of the pedestal bearing the Imperial coat-of-arms of the French First Empire, the pedestal raised upon a stepped base, the pedestal itself hollow, measuring 46.2 mm in width x 46.5 mm in depth x 131 mm in height, exhibiting greening and surface rust in multiple locations, fine.
