What's a max bid?

Instituted in 1920 (in bronze, measuring 36.5 mm in diameter, original ribbon with hook and eye); and Netherlands, Kingdom: Second War Commemorative Cross (Oorlogs-herinneringskruis). Instituted in 1944, 1 Clasp - OORLOGSDIENST-VISSERIJ 1940-1945 (in bronze, marked "KON.-BEGEER VOORSCHOTEN" and "F.S.INV." on the reverse, measuring 40.3 mm (w) x 42.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, u-shaped original ribbon, marked "FA.
