Instituted February 5 1816. In silver, a five point white enamelled star with ball finials, the obverse Gold medallion has been replaced, bearing a left facing portrait which has been filed down and the center projects a silver orb connecting to the reverse medallion, the blue enamelled surrounding ring is inscribed FIDELITE DEVOUEMENT (Fidelity, Devotion), the reverse medallion in Gold presents a central silver Fleur-de-lys with a surrounding blue enamel ring inscribed 12 AVRIL MAI 1814 19 MARS 8 JUILLET 1815 (April 12 and May 3 1814, March 19 and July 8 1815), the star is connected to a Fleur de Lys with a surmounting crown, measures 29.30mm (w) x 46.75mm (h), weighs 8.6 grams (including ribbon), worn on a replacement white ribbon, enamel chips to body of the star near the tips of the arms, and on both the obverse and reverse inscription rings, replacement medallion bearing filing marks to portrait and silver rod, in near very fine condition.
