What's a max bid?

In silver, octagonal-shaped, partially hallmarked and marked "ARG" (Argent = Silver) on the edge, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of King Louis Philippe I of France (October 6, 1773 - August 26, 1850; King from 1830-1848), inscribed "LOUIS PHILIPPE I" to the left and "ROI DES FRANCAIS" to the right and engraver marked "DEPAULIS", two adjoining tablets with "LEX" inscribed above four blocks, each block entitled by a Roman numeral (I, II, III, IV), sets of scales suspended on either side, a hand at the top left with the index and middle fingers extended, a downward pointing sword at the top right, an all-seeing eye with radiating rays in the background above and inscribed "CHAMBRE DES NOTAIRES DE L'ARRONDISSEMENT DE LILLE" above, 34.5 mm x 34.5 mm, contact marks and edge nicks, very fine.
