What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Third Republic (1870-1951): Silver gilt with red, white, blue and green enamels, hallmarked on the tip, 42 mm x 58.5 mm inclusive of its wreath suspension, large rosette on the original ribbon, intact enamels, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked "R.F." (Republique Francais) on the front cover, maker marked "Arturs Bertrand et Béranger PARIS" on the inside lid, black velvet medal bed, wear evident in the fabric overlying the hinged area, scuffed exterior, case fine.
