What's a max bid?

Badge in silver, 38.0mm x 64.45mm, center with hand painted (in Gold) portrait of Napoleon I on obverse and French Eagle on reverse, the rest of the badge studded throughout with polished glass stones, hallmarked on the ring with fasces indicating production in Paris between 1809 -1814, of very fine quality manufacture, very rare and very attractive.
