What's a max bid?

In bronze gilt, illustrating an eagle standing upon a branch incorporating lightning bolts, the head turned towards its left, measuring 127.5 mm (w) x 140 mm (h), both clips intact on the reverse, utilizing fine detail throughout, large spot on its left wing, very light contact and surface wear, near extremely fine.
