What's a max bid?

Case composed of two pieces, a lid and base, both incorporating a tortoise shell design, the lid with a 11 mm (w) x 15 mm (h) fleur-de-lis applique in 18K Gold affixed in the centre, with a 35.3 mm (w) x 5.5 mm (h) name plaque also in 18K Gold affixed below the fleur-de-lis, the plaque engraved "à M. Zebick." in italic script, held in place at either end by pins fed through clasps bearing a floral design, three die-holes above the fleur-de-lis where a badge(s) once resided, measuring 72.8 mm in diameter, very light contact, near extremely fine.
