What's a max bid?

3d Waffen-SS Panzer Division: "Totenkopf"- Untersturmführer’s Set of Collar Tabs - (Equivalent to the Wehrmacht-Heer, 2nd. Lieutenant); set of Collar Tabs, a fine matching set, hardly worn, consisting of the right hand side Totenkopf symbol, in shiny aluminum-silvery flat wires; and the left hand side rank collar tab, featuring three silvered zinc rank pips; both edged in twisted silvery threads piping, while reverse of the tabs features standard tan buckram base, with RZM-SS paper label attached to one tab. Excellent quality, in near mint condition, and very desirable set of tabs.
