What's a max bid?

This is an extremely well preserved matching set of Waffen-SS Rottenführer rank collar tabs, consisting of a left and right collar tab; one depicting a fine quality hand embroidered set of SS runes with the numeral “2”, on a black wool base, with a buckram core and a RZM tag, numbered “No. 086044” on the reverse; the other with two horizontally oriented 6 mm wide silvered tresse with a horizontal black cotton embroidered line running through each; both tabs edged by a black-silver interlaced twisted string on all four sides; measuring 52 mm x 43 mm; matching and overall near extremely fine condition.
