What's a max bid?

A matching set of Waffen-SS Sturmbannführer collar tabs; set consisting of the right hand SS runes; in aluminum bullion wires twisted around a fabric core; and the left side rank collar tab; featuring four silvered aluminum rank pips with all prongs perfectly preserved on the reverse; both tabs with black wool backing and a standard buckram core and twisted silver piping on all four sides; measuring 42 mm x 58 mm; worn but near mint condition.
