This is a well preserved non-matching set of Waffen-SS Totenkopfverband Unterscharführer rank collar tabs, consisting of a left and right collar tab; one depicting a fine quality hand embroidered Totenkopfverband skull and bones insignia on a black wool base, with a buckram core and a RZM tag, marked “308” and “No. 118593” on the reverse; the other with a silvered aluminum rank pip on a black wool base, with a standard buckram core; both tabs edged by a black-silver interlaced twisted string on all four sides; measuring 55 mm x 42 mm and 58 mm x 45 mm; non-matching, but overall very fine condition.
