In die-struck bronze; unmarked, but these medals were produced exclusively by Deschler & Sohn of Munich and Lorenz of Unterreichenbach; measuring 37.99 mm in diameter; weighing 22.9 grams; exquisite manufacturing quality with very fine details; the reverse in German “Für Treue Dienste in der SS/For Faithful Service in the SS”; the obverse with a crisp swastika with an oak leaves wreath with the SS runes in the center; with original ribbon and detached horizontal pinback; faint contact marks but overall near mint condition; with its original case of issue; constructed of cardstock with a black faux leather (leatherette) exterior; inside lined with gray felt; the outside of the lid embossed with a pair of SS runes in silver; measuring 102 mm x 44 mm; case is very well preserved with some small dings and imperfections from storage; in extremely fine condition.
