What's a max bid?

A desirable textbook example of Waffen-SS 3rd Panzer Division “Totenkopf” (“Death’s Head”) NCO's right-hand-side tab, constructed of shiny hand embroidered silver aluminium bullion wires (Officer's grade); with standard buckram core, and with RZM-SS paper label attached. It is not unusual to find Officer's grade “Totenkopf” without twisted silvery twisted wire piping (as worn by the Officers). An excellent example of top quality and in the top, mint condition.
