This is a set mid War issued Waffen-SS Untersturmführer rank collar tabs, consisting of a left and right collar tab; the left collar tab displays three diagonally oriented silvered zinc ranks pips (all prongs intact on the reverse); on a black rayon-wool blend base, with a silvered twisted wire on all four sides of the tab; standard buckram backer; the right collar tab displays a set of hand embroidered SS runes in silver aluminum bullion wire, tightly wrapped around a white fabric thread; on a black rayon-wool blend base with a silvered twisted wire on all four sides of the tab; standard buckram backer; an un-issued pair, still held together with a string. In mint condition.
