What's a max bid?

Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey hand gripping a scimitar, flanked by a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 58 mm (l), with minor material fatigue evident, a Dachau-manufactured example in better than very fine condition.
