A unique commemorative cup, constructed of silver, the exterior with a raised medallion bearing a central leftward-facing profile of AH, flanked by oak leaves, circumscribed by a inscription of “UNSER DIE ZUKUNFT” (“OUT FUTURE”), and above his name, the opposite side with an unidentified stamp, the interior with an analogous raised medallion bearing a central German national eagle overlaid by a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “IM JAHRE DEUTSCHER SCHICKSALSWENDE” (“IN THE YEAR OF GERMANY’S CHANGING FORTUNE”), above a date of “1933”, the base with dual etched dedications of “WILHELM TENGELMANN” and “CHRISTIAN MÜLLER-KLÖNNE”, stamped with a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, a silver content number of “925”, a Berlin inspection mark, a silversmith mark of “H.J. WILM, BERLIN”, and a master’s mark of Ferdinand Richard Wilm, with an inscription of “HANDARBEIT” (“HAND-MADE”), measuring 78 mm (w) x 73 mm (h), weighing 167 grams, age-appropriate oxidation evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
