What's a max bid?

(3. SS-Panzerdivision "Totenkopf"). Constructed of a black wool base with buckram core and woven silver wire trim, obverse bears a machine-embroidered silver aluminum bullion wire Totenkopf (Dead’s Head), unmarked, measuring 39 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
