What's a max bid?

A set of Waffen-SS Mann Artillery shoulder straps, each constructed of black wool and trimmed with red piping, with reverse straps bearing reinforced buttonholes meeting identical buttonholes on the main strap, both unmarked and measuring 44 mm (w) x 107 mm (l), in unissued and near mint condition.
