What's a max bid?

Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, the obverse bearing two silver aluminum wire tresses bisected by black machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), with visible holes indicating the removal of pips from what was previously likely a Hauptsturmführer rank, in very fine condition.
