A Foreign Volunteer Arm Shield for the Turkistan Legion, the third design and issued in 1944. The design shows a mosque and above the mosque are the words 'Tanri Biz Meneni", meaning "God is With Us". Appears to have been worn and tunic removed, very scarce shield.
