What's a max bid?

Constructed of black rayon-wool bland, with silvery NCO’s tress on the outer edges, all edged by red and white twisted rayon waffenfarbe; the bottom of the strap is entirely constructed of field grey wool, and field gray tongues tongues. These shoulder straps indicate the rank of an Fachführer (SS-Specialist), with rank of Unterscharführer Stellengruppe "G". In unworn condition, and very scarce set of straps.
