What's a max bid?

A fine quality matching set of mint and unissued Waffen-SS Reconnaissance Obersturmführer rank shoulder boards; constructed of four rows of silver twisted wires in a U-shaped russian braided pattern; with a black wool underside and copper-brown piping (signifying Reconnaissance troops); with a button-hole and a matching black wool tongue for uniform attachment; with a single gilded rank pip on the obverse; measuring 105 mm x 35 mm; mint and unissued condition.
