What's a max bid?

Four rows of light gray cord wound with silvery-gray colored rayon-wool threads, wrapped in a u-shape, in a chevron formation, with two gilded zinc pips (gilding mostly gone) affixed to the upper on each, button hole for uniform attachment, edged with white waffenfarbe rayon threads (indicating Infantry formations), undersides and strap in black wool, with black tongues in black rayon-wool bland, with scattered interruptions in the fabric and light soiling on the uppers, worn example, in very fine condition.
