What's a max bid?

Constructed of black wool with pink “Waffenfarbe” piping, each bearing stylized machine-embroidered silver aluminum bullion wire thread trimming and two silvered bronze ranks pips, with machine-embroidered flaps, top and bottom both with reinforced buttonhole for attachment to uniform, both measuring 45 mm (w) x 104 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
