What's a max bid?

A Reich Level Leiter Eines Hauptamtes Armband with RZM Tag - is constructed of red cotton, centering black ribbed swastika, superimposed on the white circle, both edged in golden threads; extending on both sides of swastika are large oakleaves in Cellion, edged by double row of twisted Cellion wire. Armband is approximately 13cm (or 5 inches) tall, edged on top and bottom with golden twisted Cellion wire; colors are nice and bright, unworn, complete with RZM paper label, NSDAP stamp, as well as the original price tag, still attached with period clip! Excellent quality, bright colors, minty. A scarce armband, and rare in this condition.
