What's a max bid?

An extremely well preserved early example of a NSDAP (National Socialist German Worker’s Party/Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei) member’s armband; constructed of red wool, with a white circle centered on the armband, depicting a black fabric swastika on the obverse; unmarked; with the ends sewn together by hand using black threading; unmarked; measuring 225 mm (w) x 120 mm (h); appearing unused, and in overall mint condition.
