What's a max bid?

Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both edges with light blue piping, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 80 mm in diameter, trimmed with golden-yellow threaded piping, with a central machine-embroidered black mobile swastika highlighted in golden-yellow threading, unmarked, unstitched and measuring 525 mm (l) x 126 mm (h) as presented, with some soiling evident to the white disc, in overall near extremely fine condition.
