What's a max bid?

A Deutsche Wehrmacht armband for a civilian in the service to the military; BeVo black threaded machined weave in Gothic German; on yellow construction armband; measuring 17.1 cm x 10 cm folded; worn but near very fine condition. Footnote: This is a German Second War volunteer armband of a civilian in the service of the Wehrmacht whose goal was to assist the Wehrmacht in non-combative roles. Their duties included food distribution, fuelling of vehicles, and delivering supplies. This armband was worn on the left arm.
