What's a max bid?

Constructed of white cotton twill, the exterior bearing a black dyed inscription of “IM DIENST DER DEUTSCHEN WEHRMACHT” (“IN SERVICE OF THE GERMAN WEHRMACHT”), unmarked, measuring 190 mm (l) x 92 mm (h), with minor soiling evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
