What's a max bid?

(Wehrmacht Armband). Constructed of golden-yellow cotton twill, the exterior bearing a dyed black inscription of “IM DIENST DER DEUTSCHEN WEHRMACHT” (“IN SERVICE OF THE GERMAN WEHRMACHT”), unmarked, measuring 195 mm (w) x 92 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
