What's a max bid?

A white cotton armband with black machine-embroidered inscription of “Hilfs-Krankensträger” (“Auxiliary Stretcher Bearer”) and border with NSDAP stamp in red ink at top right, unmarked, measuring 189 mm (w) x 102.5 mm (h) when folded, significant soiling evident across the circumference of the armband, in otherwise near very fine condition.
