What's a max bid?

Constructed of orange-yellow cotton, with black horizontal lines running along the top and bottom edges of the band, with a bronze plate sewn onto the armband (three of four knots intact), reading “Jugendwehr”; marked “27228” on the reverse; measuring 158 mm x 700 mm; in worn but overall very fine condition.
