Constructed of black wool, the exterior bearing a central silver aluminum wire tresse, overlaid by a NSRKB insignia in the form of a machine-embroidered red cotton shield with a central black and white Cross Pattée and mobile swastika, pinned into the wool beneath the insignia is a Kyffhäuser League Silver Honour Badge constructed of blackened and silvered bronze, unmarked, measuring 160 mm (l) x 96 mm (h), minor material fatigue is evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
